Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment, as outlined in your invoice.
  • Payment Terms: Final payment must be made by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your tour, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
    • More than 60 days before the tour start date: [Insert Percentage]% refund.
    • Between 30-60 days: [Insert Percentage]% refund.
    • Less than 30 days: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Us: Tours of Ireland reserves the right to cancel any tour due to force majeure, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that some third-party costs (e.g., accommodation and special activities) may be non-refundable.

Changes to Itinerary

We strive to provide the best possible experience; however, circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political unrest, transportation issues) may require modifications to the itinerary. We reserve the right to make changes and will notify you of any significant alterations as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.

Health and Safety

  • Traveller Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary needs prior to your tour.
  • Fitness Requirements: Some tours may involve physical activities (e.g., hiking), so please assess your fitness level before booking. We can recommend suitable alternatives if needed.

Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Tours of Ireland is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your tour. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide.
  • Third-Party Providers: We work with third-party suppliers (e.g., hotel transport companies). While we choose reliable partners, we are not responsible for their services.
  • Force Majeure: Tours of Ireland is not liable for any loss or disruption caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

Code of Conduct

  • Respect for Local Culture: We ask that all guests respect local customs, traditions, and laws while touring Ireland.
  • Compliance with Laws: All travellers must comply with Irish laws and regulations during the tour.
  • Tour Dismissal: We reserve the right to dismiss any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of these terms. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Tours of Ireland website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Tours of Ireland and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
